Break the chain

You ever find yourself wondering how you're constantly dealing with a person or situation that you said was done or cut off a thousand times ? I've been thinking long and hard about why it is so hard to break the connections we form  i.e family, emotional, spiritual, romantic and financial bonds are hard to break especially if they're deep rooted . The smartest person wouldn't be able to figure out why because matters of the heart are more complicated than a thought process alone . Love and connections start in our hearts so pure and then our brains get involved and that's when things get complicated . Our thoughts help us decipher the good and bad , but your heart and emotions are what makes you accept the bad sometimes. I'm sure it's happened to the majority of us we've all took that person back when we said we were done or let that family member borrow money when we swore last time was the last time. I feel in order to completely break a bond or end a relationship that is causing you stress or pain you have to end it mentally and emotionally ! You can give something up in your mind and your heart will make a fool out of you every time  ! They both go hand in hand so until you reach that point you'll never be able to completely break the chain. You don't have to do it alone !! But God ....
