It seems like women just can't get along and society puts us against one another and we take the bait...

With the field I work in let's just say i love a friendly competition , but please be clear everything isn't one! Women compete with each other about any and everything and im speaking on females because I am one!! 1st things 1st let's define competition

Half of the time there is no competition just fake ones created in our minds, fake rivalries as well. Which are almost always misunderstandings.
Ladies if your not winning a prize i.e money, promotion, RING or profiting in any way then why give any energy to it! Instead of building up hatred or spitting venom on the next person how about putting that energy into something productive and beneficial. We're such an attention seeking society we'll say we're over someone or don't like the person but yet we talk, tweet, subtweet, inbox and email them rather it be directly or indirectly saying things we wouldn't do judging the other person when we're doing the same damn thing it's all a cycle! I'm guilty myself! I want to challenge all my sisters to write down the names of the women you don't like and right down all the reasons you dislike this person and I guarantee it's not worth the energy or time !! Let it go ladies we ALL claim we don't do drama then why the hell is it so much going on? Somebody likes it! Somebody is lying!


Oh and men definitely don't think it's attractive and those of you reading saying you don't care what men think your lying you do lol
